The site has a completely different feel to it, an improved menu configuration, multiple mates leagues so you can see how you are doing against different groups of friends, an enhanced statistics section, simple little additions such as a site poll section, improved pages to compare your predictions for a single match against all players in your current league or all matches against a single player, a new news section with all the premier league headlines from the last week, site news and stats tweets.

After some months development and testing (thank you to the special people who have done the initial testing) the new site is now finally available to all for its beta testing. As before now the new site is in the beta testing stage we would appreciate it if you could notify us (Mark, Wayne and Richard) of any bugs found or any suggestions you have to improve the site. December was a long month with a mammoth 58 games played and the winners for December thoroughly deserve their prizes. Coming top of the fifth monthly competition was Big_Steve and in second place was antogren. This continued the trend of new players winning, in the first half of the season the five monthly competitions have produced a total of nine different prize winners out of a possible ten.

Congratulations to ciarantots and Badger who have won Novembers monthly competition with some inspired predicting. We have now had SEVEN different prize-winners out of the eight prizes awarded so far. There are still another six monthly competitions to go with a total of 12 prizes up for grabs and of course the three prizes for the whole season. While site news has been thin on the ground for the last month, behind the scenes we have been working hard on a total redesign of the site which we are hoping will go live within a few weeks.

The page displaying the game players league table has been improved. There is now a drop down selection box so that the stats (points, GD etc) for individual months can be viewed as well as the existing season to date figures. An extra column has been included to show the users position in the league to save you having to count the rows each time.
